silken makes every video ready for every screen, on your schedule and with nothing to babysit. It converts source videos to the files and streaming renditions your apps and players need, and plugs straight into the way you work today: your storage, apps and delivery stay as they are.

Bring your own storage: each job reads a source from your presigned HTTPS URL and writes its outputs to your presigned URLs. Use Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud Storage, Backblaze B2, DigitalOcean Spaces or Wasabi. A verify URL lets silken check an upload whose outcome is uncertain, and a signed completion webhook can report the result.

Encoding and packaging: HLS ladders and MP4 files in H.264 and AV1, with HDR to SDR conversion in the same job; HEVC, DASH manifests and WebVTT captions are set up per account. Teams leaving AWS Elemental MediaConvert point the AWS SDK at https://silken.io and keep their job calls; live channels are sold through sales. Self-serve profiles: `hdr_to_sdr_4k`, `hdr_to_sdr_1080p`, `hdr_to_sdr_1080p_av1`, `sdr_1080p`, `sdr_720p`, `hdr_to_sdr_4k_av1`, `sdr_1080p_av1`, `sdr_720p_av1`, `sdr_1080p_hevc`, `sdr_720p_hevc`, `sdr_1080p_vp9`, `sdr_720p_vp9`, `hdr_1080p_hevc`, `hdr_4k_hevc`. The pricing page publishes output-minute rates by resolution and speed tier; there is no input fee.
